Redirection should be to https://docs.softwareheritage.org/devel/swh-model/persistent-identifiers.html

No objections on my side.
I've no specific advice here, as I wasn't aware that shorturl/SLUG existed, so I don't know where it might be used.
As a general comment, using such a "memorable" shorturl for a blog post doesn't seem like a good idea, as blog posts age pretty quickly.
So I'm in favor of removing it, but don't know how to evaluate the impact of doing so.
(For what is worth: I don't think that using it as a URI in the context you need it in is incompatible with having it being a valid URL pointing to something else, but I agree it would be weird, because some people will load it in their browsers for trying it out.)

I have added a search box in the "Do we already have your code?" section of the landing page.
Jul 9 2020
I put it in high, since the Web-App UI is ready for a direct access using the search box in the landing page of the main website.

Fixed and deployed.
Ok, found a way by executing this in functions.php from our custom WP theme.
This seems to be the standard behavior when the Contact form plugin is used on a WP site.
Fixed and deployed.
I needed a break in my move preparations so I looked at the issue.
I tried to change it and to add new ones (LinkedIn and YouTube), but there is a bug... I don't know why the icons do not work anymore.

@anlambert: Can you also update this page as well- https://docs.softwareheritage.org/devel/swh-model/persistent-identifiers.html
Adding the first item (hal-02446202) to the references?
Jan 30 2020
Done, a copy of each pdf preprint has been uploaded to our main website and link to it has been added to the Publications page.
I missed that one and just saw that the new publications have already been added to our website.

@anlambert thanks!
I'll do the translation so I'm claiming the task.
I have duplicated the english content for the french and spanish version of the site.

Done !
@moranegg, I just figured out that I need to move François in the Hall of fame section so I will update your bio at the same time.

This is now resolved, we have save.softwareheritage.org

Almost all points have been treated and deployed to production (see https://www.softwareheritage.org/).
Closing this as the revamped support page is now deployed to production for all languages: https://www.softwareheritage.org/support/
We only have counters history data for contents, revisions and origins (see history_counters.json).

Great..
I have deployed a new version of https://archive.softwareheritage.org including the archive evolution graphs on the homepage.
Very nice, that's a GO for me :-)
Yes we can. I have updated the page accordingly.
Cool, can we try to have the 4 columns of "you can help" on the same row, like the ones below?
First draft of the revamped support page can be found here: https://www-dev.softwareheritage.org/support/

To check the archive menu (and all of them) in other languages.

Hi Archit,
sorry for the ultra-late reply, this message has been on the stack for a
while :-)

Thanks for noticing the issue! It's fixed and deployed now.
Update for this task: the Wordpress plugin update supporting SCA will be released on September, 2nd 2019.

That is definitely worth doing, as /browse/origin/save is not really semantically sound.

Please make sure the old URL returns a permanent redirection (301) to the
new one

Maybe renaming the save code now url to https://archive.softwareheritage.org/save/ would be a good mitigation as it is not hard to remember ?
Aug 4 2019
Reopening this, as the vertical units in the graphs are now wrong for the "commits" and "origins" images. They all show the 0, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B scale that is appropriate only for the file count
Aug 2 2019
@ftigeot and i finished that.

This is an amazing idea,

Status:
- Fixes deployed
- running, graph is unstuck [1]. You'll probably need a browser cache force refresh though.
For now, i did an ugly and temporary workaround, update manually and exposed the history_counter.json from the apache endpoint reached by https://stats.export.softwareheritage.org (public annex from pergamon).
