Pierre-Yves informs that: "It's not done yet, because we haven't discussed the memorandum yet".
I proposed to move forward on the blog post in order to be ready for publication once the whole thing has been published by NLNet (the memorandum).

Loïc m'a répondu : Ce n'est pas encore fait (le contrat) : le process est très long... nous sommes à la phase ou il s'agit de négocier les montants et le workplan. Le principe du financement est définitivement acté cependant: cela ne sera pas remis en cause (ouf).
