This one has been shared with Loïc for writing the technical part.
I am waiting to know if the NLnet contract/memorandum has been signed before deciding on a publication date.

Loïc m'a répondu : Ce n'est pas encore fait (le contrat) : le process est très long... nous sommes à la phase ou il s'agit de négocier les montants et le workplan. Le principe du financement est définitivement acté cependant: cela ne sera pas remis en cause (ouf).

Je lui ai proposé de rédiger le blog post afin d'être prêt lorsque le contrat sera acté.
