Add resolving of new SWHIDs contextual information

Description

SWHIDs have been extended with new contextual information to better understand where a specifc content
or directory has been found while browsing the archive (see formal description and documentation update).

The resolving of those contextual information must be added in swh-web in order to redirect to the adequate
browsing page for the object.
