Add a grafana dashboard to monitor "Save code now" requests

Description

Now that we have Prometheus metrics for save code now requests, we should add a grafana dashboard to visualize them.
That dashboard could display:

  • the current number of pending requests awaiting for validation
  • the percentage of requests that succeed / fail
  • the repartition of visit types for all requests

A few weeks ago, I've finally refactored the way we handle prometheus exporter configurations, so the exporters with non-default paths are now available in our prom instance; this means that there's no more blockers to write this dashboard now.
