Description

The following two repositories (I've others, if needed):

are rendered by the Web UI as 404 errors with message: Snapshot with id 1a8893e6a86f444e8be8e7bda6cb34fb1735a00e not found!.

The corresponding GitHub repositories are currently empty and their visits by Software Heritage recent. So I'm guessing that snapshot ID is the one of the empty snapshot.

If so, the snapshot should exist in the archive (I haven't checked) and we should display it as an empty repository in the Web UI.
