During the various disk space issues that happened recently, the replication link between somerset and dbreplica0.euwest.azure has been severed; Some WAL files failed to be archived and are definitively lost.

We'll have to regenerate the replica from scratch. Considering that we're pending an upgrade to PostgreSQL 12, we should probably do that first, instead of having to transfer the data twice.
