Make the main links on the "save code now" request list a link to the archived copy

Description

I'm always confused by the external links on the save code now summary page (https://archive.softwareheritage.org/save/#requests).

I think it would make more sense if the main links pointed to the latest snapshot on swh (when it exists), and have the link to the original repository in a separate column with an explicit external pointer (like we do on the header of archived repositories).

(This quirk doesn't seem to be handled by T2324 / T2325, so I figured I'd submit it separately.)

I agree: the links in the current UI presentation are sometimes confusing.
We need to think this a bit over to get all the functionalities we want into a clean UI:

  • know whether the particular save code now succeeded or not (and if not, why)
  • easily access the snapshot corresponding to the successful archival of this particular request (now one needs to click on the "succeeded" text/link)
  • keep a way to access the original source (with a widget like the one used on the "Browse saved origin from ..."?)
