Migrate away from Debian packaging for deployment (to pypi packages?)
Build a docker image per deployable service
Build the deployment tooling
Reset and redeploy the stack after commits
Execute acceptance tests

Goal:

Improve bug detection
validate the future elastic infrastructure components
