Pergamon's load is too high (as puppet master, it's painful to use)

Actions:

  • Stop workers' message consumption
  • Reboot louvre [not necessarily required]
  • stop pergamon
  • unflag blocking boot option (blocking for moving the vm between hypervisor)
  • boot back pergamon on hypervisor3 (this implies, moving its disk from beaubourg's ssd disk to ceph storage, then once moved to new hypervisor3, move disks from ceph to hypervisor3's ssd disks)
  • boot back pergamon on hypervisor3
