We haven't had the capacity of making the azure infrastructure perform as well as the in-house one, to the point where the web frontend wasn't really useable.
Since then we've wound down most of the infra on azure, only keeping some indexation workers and a copy of the object storage. We'll probably keep some more disaster-recovery copies there, but I doubt we'll have much "live" infra living over there.
In the meantime we've made good progress on making the reliability of the Rocquencourt infra better. I'm not sure there's much point keeping this open?
