It works for https://archive.softwareheritage.org/browse/origin/https://github.com/chrislgarry/Apollo-11/visit/1979-03-16T02:23:36Z/directory/ . I've played a bit with the URLs, but couldn't identify a pattern for what works and what doesn't.
