Move away non-gunicorn services from banco

Description

Various pieces of software are running on Banco.
We have:

  • gunicorn / swh storage service
  • logstash
  • kibana
  • barman / streaming PostgreSQL replication

Ideally most of them should be removed and only the gunicorn stack left in order to not overload the machine.

Of those services, only logstash and kibana can reasonably move away. barman is on banco because that's (originally) our backup server, which is hosted in a different building in a different server room than other services.

Logstash service moved to a new VM, logstash0.internal.softwareheritage.org.

A new Kibana-dedicated VM, kibana0.internal.softwareheritage.org has also been created.
