Move profile archiver to subfolder storage

At the moment, when deploying we have the following error: Could not
retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: Evaluation
Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, Could not find class
::profile::swh::deploy::storage::archiver for
**.softwareheritage.org at
/etc/puppet/environments/production/modules/role/manifests/swh_storage.pp:4:3
on node **.softwareheritage.org

Create the path that matches the class should fix it.
