conftest: do not use hypothesis to generate origins and contents

using gen_origins and gen_contents helper functions from swh.model
for the Storage under test.

This is required because

1/ it was a non-conventional use of hypothesis, and
2/ since hypotesis 4.42, tests using hypothesis-generated origins and contents

are broken.

Also increase default origins generated size to 100.
