Summary

Same caveats of swh-weekly-report: just a starting point, etc.

Note that the naming of the two tools is incomplete for now: weekly is for
*individual* reports while monthly is for *team* reports. That should probably
be made explicit.

I don't like those hard coded queryKey values, but as you said, it's a starting point.
