use deposit_read.py to retrieve metadata and inject into storage

• decide where the storage.origin_metadata_add should be in (seems in loader core)

and then add functions to create the metadata object with provider

• in prepare add origin_metadata = origin_metadata
• in loader core in load method
  • for the origin that was retrieved- add metadata with its provider ?
