deploy apache kafka on getty VM

Description

The new VM getty.internal.softwareheritage.org has been deployed (by @olasd) to serve as kafka server.
We should deploy kafka on it — by hand, given it's not Debian-packaged. Sigh.

Created repositories rSPZK and rSPKFK from the wikimedia puppet manifests.

Kafka is now installed on getty.internal.softwareheritage.org.

The kafka package has been built from the wikimedia source, with a change from cglib to cglib3. That package has been added to our internal repository.
