graph API: add ?limit parameter to /leaves endpoint

Description

The /leaves API endpoint does not accept a ?limit parameter that other endpoints accept (e.g., /randomwalk).
It would be useful to have it for this API endpoint too.

Bumping this up, because I am massively using this endpoint to regenerate the license dataset; especially because I use resolve_origins=1 too
