Restore Mercurial visits deleted in august 2018 from backups

Description

P286, which was used to fix T1158, caused the deletion of all mercurial visits, not just invalid ones; so the graph storage is missing some history on mercurial repositories visited before august 2018.

We should restore it from backups

We don't have easily accessible backups going back to (before) August 2018, so I don't think we'll be able to recover this data.

I think we should do another load of the mercurial repositories archived from google code once we have a new version of the mercurial loader, which should cover most repositories that were in effect loaded before August 2018.
