What does it mean to be down for the following services (well so far):

  • www.softwareheritage.org
  • archive.softwareheritage.org
  • forge.softwareheritage.org
  • deposit.softwareheritage.org (workers? service api?)

For the deposit now, as long as we do not stop the swh-worker@checker_deposit.service, stopping the archive should no longer prevent the deposit from "working" (as in checking archives).

So now, deposit down really means deposit api down.
