views/api: re-root content-specific endpoints under /api/1/content/

The filetype, language, license, mimetype, provenance and ctags endpoints are
all specific to one given content.

By analogy to /api/1/content/<id>/raw/, we re-root all those endpoints under
/api/1/content/<id>/.
