rDLS003cf5491f96: pattern: Bump packet split to chunk of 1000 records

Summary

Listers like github and bitbucket should not be impacted as they already list 1000
records per page.

Other listers which lists too many entries per page: launchpad, debian, cgit on some
instances, ... will benefit from this.

Replaces D4972 (if considered sufficient)
