Apart the removal of npm from the apt install command line, this can be landed.

52	The curl\|bash only adds repositories, it does not install npm itself.

52	You did not read correctly. npm is bundled in the nodejs package so there is no need to add npm to the apt install command line (because nodesource only provide a nodejs package).
