add sample git repositories as test data

each repository is added in two formats:

• as a submodule pointing to an external repository (that one day we might want to self-host....)
• as a xz-ipped git fast export, that can be fast-imported by tests

a makefile target "export" is provided to re-generated the exports
starting from initialized submodules
