analyze_consistency_failures.py: various performance improvements

when all origins are already cloned, this is a 5 to 10% improvement in throughput.

Content:

1. freeze the GC before forking
2. remove some very costly but rather useless heuristics
3. reorder heuristics to run the cheapest ones first
