tests: Rebuild a specific test tarball from a stable distribution

Prior to this commit, the debian package build fails because the svn
tools used to create the repository archived (testing ~ 1.10) are more
recent than the tool used in the chroot (stable ~ 1.8).

Failure message: "svn: E160043: Expected FS format between '1' and '7';
found 8"
