Description

Move IndexerStorage documentation and endpoint paths to a new IndexerStorageInterface class.

Also fixes bugs like: `TypeError: indexer_configuration_add() missing 2
required positional arguments: 'self' and 'tools'` since swh.core
0.0.87.
