T3470: lister-sourceforge: Activate sourceforge origins when listed

rDLS5bba1a783a85: Let sourceforge origins be enabled by default

Summary

This was deactivated for the first ingestion so we can deal with those in a dedicated
manner. This first ingestion is done now so it's time to let the listing then ingestion
happen the usual way now.
