Switch svn origin to "save code now" monitor to another.
This will actually fix as the chosen origin cannot work properly in incremental mode. [1]
This also adds a missing hg origins to check (in a dedicated commit).
So with the second commit, we can actually close the end to end monitoring task (once landed and deployed). [2]
