Switch svn origin to "save code now" monitor to another

Multiple issues with the one used so far. It's hosted on github and a repository git
used as a svn origin. The incremental nature of the loader using svnrdump does not work
on github.

This is addressed by switching to an actual svn repository hosted elsewhere.
