Puppet - Add proper DNS configuration

Description

The desktop machines are administered with puppet (almost completely).

The dns server should be pergamon (192.168.100.29) to be able to access our swh machines through the vpn.
As this part is not puppetized yet, the dns server is overwritten (probably by the dhcp client) regularly.
So we need to manually edit that file to fix it.

All machines now have a locally configured unbound that:

  • forwards all queries to respective forwarders
  • forwards internal queries to the local dns server.
