The weekly-planning script[1] is currently executed by hand. It should be updated and executed by a cron (or something) the same way the weekly report is managed.
The script needs to be updated a bit for this I believe.

Things to fix in the script:
remove the 'scribe' attribution
done
check/fix the queries to hedgedoc (auth, get template and push new doc)
it was ok as is during my testing [1]
It might need a dedicated bot user to be created on hedgedoc also.
No need, the api calls work anonymously [1]
