This is my first time contributing to the Software Heritage CI.

Study the Jenkins CI in detail
Figure out how to run an integration test that requires running daemons in docker.
Create and experiment with a Jenkins job

Outcome: an experimental Jenkins job that runs a PostgreSQL database
