api: raw extrinsic metadata endpoint api fails with python exception about missing attribute

Description

As reported by sentry [1], webapps (staging [2], prod [3] [4]) fails with a python
exception.

It seems the current deployed version of the storage (v0.31) is out of sync with what
the webapp expects (at least v0.32).

Fix it.

staging:

  • Upgrade swh.storage from 0.31 to 0.34 and restart the gunicorn-swh-storage...
  • Hitting [2] (the link from the description), the error was still there.
  • Restarted gunicorn-swh-webapp and now it works (checking the [2], this rendered results now)

production: same step as for staging, but I only reloaded the gunicorn-swh-webapp as a third step
and it seemed enough ([3] and [4] are now rendering results).
