The Tor project has stared its migration from the usual ragtag team of "gitolite/cgit/trac/etc" into GitLab. The trac instance was completely replaced. cgit/gitolite are still around, but new repositories are already showing up on gitlab.torproject.org, and I would like those to end up in the software heritage.

I was told by @zack to file an issue here so this would happen, I hope this is in order. :) see also the related T1799...

PS: I somewhat expected the main website to allow me to submit those requests... is that something planned?
