Change parameter `slug` in swh-deposit cli to `create_origin`

Description

We want to deprecate the usage of slug for the origin.

Plan:

  • D4834: Deprecate use of the --slug and expose --create-origin
  • D4936: Checks the XML client provided contains at least <swh:create_origin>or <swh:add_to_origin> and shows a warning if it's missing

One part is done on: D4607
But we still need to provide a way to give a parameter create_origin without deprecating the slug swh-deposit client cli.
