Back-to-top button doesn't work in Chrome

Description

Back to top button doesn't work for Chrome/chromium based browser on both pc and android.

I am not sure about the reason, but it seems, Chrome doesn't scroll to #top if it is already fixed on top.

Looks like this bug only appeared in production mode.

I managed to fix it by moving the #top link outside the div.wrapper element.
