Migrate the remaining modules to use the scheduler's remote api:

swh-lister
swh-deposit (rDDEP7e535ab1c196fdeab8722ef610ca1d02ceadbc58)
swh-vault (D317 pended, was accepted but got rebased, amended, now again pending for review)
scheduler's own utilities
