Feedback from SESI: the addition of VLAN 440 must wait for the machine to be migrated under the SESI network rather than the Headquarters network.

In the meantime, I've added tytso to the VPN so we can handle its configuration uniformly from the rest of the machines.

I did the initial puppet run to register the machine in the infra.

tytso is now properly a member of the proxmox cluster.
