This should use a service name rather than hardcode the machine name (e.g. using archive.internal.softwareheritage.org - add a CNAME in the DNS data)
(not a blocker for this merge, but should be fixed) The TLS certificate won't be valid for this hostname and I'm not a fan of bypassing TLS certificate validation in client scripts, even if they're only internal.
