Reading through the `apt-listchanges` emails, i discovered the gnupg forge is a phabricator instance. We should be able to list it [1]. The requisite to list such instance is: - discuss with the gnupg sysadmins to introduce ourselves and our goal - create a swhbot instance and generate an api token. - then reference it to the swh-site's credentials repository. - Add a new scheduling entry `swh scheduler task add...` for it - Announce ourselves prior to trigger the listing Registering authentication is possible at [2] [1] https://dev.gnupg.org [2] https://dev.gnupg.org/auth/start/
