Reading through the apt-listchanges emails, i discovered the gnupg forge is a phabricator instance.
We should be able to list it [1].
The requisite to list such instance is:
- discuss with the gnupg sysadmins to introduce ourselves and our goal
- create a swhbot user and generate an api token.
- then reference it to the swh-site's credentials repository.
- Add a new scheduling entry swh scheduler task add... for it
- Announce ourselves prior to trigger the listing
