data/defaults: Also resolve euwest.azure... names by default

• Some scripts expect short host names to be resolvable but also expect short host names to not contain dots.

• This doesn't work with Azure hosts, which are named xxx.euwest.azure

• Try to resolve the non-existing euwest.azure.internal.softwareheritage.org zone by default to fix this.
