Refactoring: Using SWHID instead of Sha1
Add new scalar type for SWHID.
Add new scalar type for ID (for caching at the client side)
Add new BaseSWHNode to return SWHID with every SWHNode
Schema changes to accept SWHID instead of Sha1.
