loader.core adapts the base loader interface for some metrics improvments in the loader.git.
This impacts all loaders though.
Staging then production:
- Tag repositories
- Upgrade packages on workers
- Restart swh-worker@loader_{type} for type in {git, svn, ...}
- Tag grafana
