It would be nice to have more notification mean than the email the vault currently have.

A typical usage for such a thing would be T2799 for which the currently reasonable approach cannot really use the vault because of this lack of better callback mechanism than email.

(Not sure how to do this properly however. Especially w.r.t authentication, token handling, etc.)
