Actually, the interfaces for the vlan 1300 vmbr1300/vlan1300@bond0` are only declared on branly.

They should be declared on all the servers.

I've added a vlan1300 and vmbr1300 interface on hypervisor3 and beaubourg. orsay is on the way out so I didn't bother.

I validated all three hosts can cross-ping one another on their link-local ipv6s.
