REST server hangs when loading entire graph

Description

On both monster and azure vm, when loading the graph service and trying to use the REST API, the service will hang forever on all query.

I recompiled from scratch the Java server, rebooted the Azure vm and everything works as expected, no more query hanging.

I still don't know what happened a few days ago, maybe a mistake on my side, or network issues?
