Similarly to the currently available save code now feature, we should eventually have a Save "Forge" Now user-facing feature. The backend should be based on T1537. The front-end will need some sort of moderation queue to allow for some human review before kicking the GO button (based on the whitelist/dunno/blacklist approach).
